Can I pay the claim by not using Bailsman's platform?
Claims paid via Bailsman are tracked by Bailsman's system, which means all paid claims are ending the open contracts without complaints. Any payment paid directly to any other party cannot be regulated by Bailsman and can later still be collected by Bailsman.
What happens if I do not have enough funds to cover the claim?
If you do not have enough funds to cover the claim, the sum is paid out to the landlord by Bailsman. After that you can plan your repayment with the Bailsman. Bailsman has the right to assign the claim to a third party.

In case of the damage, a claim can be filed with the press of a button. No proof or explaination is asked from the landlord. The tenant will be notified and requested to pay the amount. Bailsman will pay the requested amount to the landlord's bank account in 14 days.
How can the tenant's guarantee be ended?
Tenant's guarantee ends if the guarantee period is over and not extended, or when the claim is realised by the landlord.
